What is the hotel information?

What about breakfast & lunch?

The room rate includes a full breakfast. Please select the lunch option in your RSVP if you will be joining us for lunch. Breakfast and lunch will be served for our wedding group at the hotel 'Vista' room.
Why am I not seeing any room availability when I try to book?

Our wedding block is from June 13, (check-in) to June16 (checkout). Entering dates within this range will give you the available room options.
What if I want to make reservations beyond the room block dates?

Please call the hotel to let them know about your pre/post-wedding dates request. The hotel will see if the same rate can be offered, based on availability. You may also extend hotel stay directly using the hotel website or other booking apps, outside of the room block.
Can check-in time be moved up earlier than 3pm?

In the 'Special Requests' section of your booking, please select 'early check-in', and provide your arrival time in the text box. The hotel will do everything they can to accommodate the request.
What should I do if I need to modify my reservation?

Please do NOT cancel the reservation as this will release the room to the hotel's inventory and will no longer be part of our wedding block. If a "modify" option is available, please use this feature. If not, please contact the hotel directly and reference "Kunal and Ravina's Wedding".
What is the service fee and can this be waived?

The Hyatt website defaults to show the service fee, but it is not required and you can opt out. If you are not interested, please ask the receptionist to remove it at check-in. Note* service fee is 10€ per day and includes refilled beverages, 20% discount on F&B, free parking, access to the serenity spa and more.

When would you recommend I arrive?

Immigration can take approximately 1-1.5 hours. The airport is a 15-30 minute drive (8.4 miles) from the hotel.
What’s the best way to get from airport to hotel?

Uber is the most cost-effective option to get around Lisbon. Bolt and Airport taxi are also good alternate options.
Transport to Venues

Shuttles will be provided by the host for all guests leaving from The Hyatt Regency Hotel. The bus loading and departure timings will be shared as part of ‘day-of communications’ on WhatsApp. Keeping on-time will be crucial for the success of our wedding weekend, and we appreciate all your support in advance!
