Kunal and Ravina first crossed paths in Boston through their shared love of dance, each part of different teams in the same community. They knew of each other, but it wasn’t until much later in New York City that their paths actually collided. 

It all started when Ravina, feeling bold and probably a bit curious, followed Kunal on Instagram after he posted a video of himself dancing, and even “liked” a few photos. Kunal, sensing a golden opportunity, decided to "shoot his shot" with a message — because nothing says romance like sliding into someone's DMs. To his surprise, that message didn’t just get a “Thanks, but no thanks” reply. Nope, it sparked a full-on conversation, which turned into hours of chatting and, eventually, a real life date! 

 

Ravina still remembers the day she met Kunal fondly. Within minutes, it felt as if she had known Kunal her whole life. She came home from their first date declaring to her roommate that she had either met her best friend or her future husband — tbd. As Kunal & Ravina got to know each other, they discovered how much they had in common and how perfectly they complemented each other. From their family dynamics, values, and culture, to their hobbies, personalities, and even music preferences - everything just clicked. What started as a message turned into something they both never expected - a deep love and shared community that only grows deeper with each passing day.

Now, as Kunal and Ravina prepare to dance through life together (pun intended), they’re both grateful for the love, laughs, and strength they've found in each other. They can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes them, but one thing’s for sure: it’ll be full of rhythm, love, and maybe even a few more Instagram likes.
